Once your item has been purchased, please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed. You will receive a tracking number to your email address once the order has been processed. After the order has been processed, most shipping times are within 5-10 days depending on location. Due to the impact of COVID-19, please be aware that processing and shipping times are sometimes delayed. We greatly apologize and try to safely ship out as fast if we can. If you have any events coming up where you need your item by a certain time, please feel free to send us an email or chat on Facebook and/or Instagram so we can provide a more accurate time frame.

Every order will have a tracking number that is emailed to you once the item has been shipped out. If there is any issues or you do not receive a tracking email confirmation, please email us at support@bonbellaboutique.com or contact us via Facebook and/or Instagram. 

We accept free returns and exchanges 30 days after the item has been delivered. The item must be unworn and in the condition that it arrived in, and must be mailed back to us to issue an exchange or refund. Please email support@bonbellaboutique.com or contact us via Facebook or Instagram for any refunds or exchanges. 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@bonbellaboutique.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@bonbellaboutique.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
